  • Abstract
There is a nonlinear restoring force in the flexible rubber coupling fixed on the diesel generator driving shaft, to establish the multi-degree-of-freedom lumped-parameter mechanical model about the nonlinear torsional vibration of the shaft system, and by reference to the Lagrange equation, to get the vibration differential equations of the shaft system, In the numerical computation method to obtain the results. Through the comparison with the computed results of the linear system equations and the actual testing datum of the working machine, to analyze and study the nonlinear vibration characteristics of the diesel generator shaft system.
