Abstract :
The research expounds the importance and necessity of the theoretical analysis to the process of column diamond milling cutters milling stone. Through the analysis to the process of column diamond milling cutters milling stone, the processing model of milling stone is established. According to the definition of characteristic element during the processing token, the formulas between elements during the milling stone process are established. According to volume equalization before and after cutting, force situation of single particle of diamond is analyzed. And its circumferential force and normal force are also worked out. Combining with the typical engraving in milling stone and through analyzing milling force, the theoretical formula of milling force in the working condition is established, which provides theoretical base for further research on milling processing.
