Abstract :
This paper summarized the present state of measuring water ratio of turbine oil. Owing to the present measuring methods in a power plant it is not possible to adapt the demands of the real-time measurement of water ratio of turbine oil, this paper puts forward a method that can measure the water ratio of the turbine oil continuously based on the method of resonant cavity perturbation. We also designed and manufactured the experimental system successfully. This experiment system has the function of emulsifying turbine oil and water, controlling the emulsifiability and measuring the water ratio, temperature, pressure and flux of the mixture. The experimental result indicates that this system not only has high stability and simple structure, but also its measuring accuracy can reach 1/100000
