Abstract :
Describes some experiments with a novel control scheme consisting of a fuzzy logic-based precompensator and a conventional PD controller for controlling systems with deadzones. Specifically, the authors demonstrate the performance of the scheme on a DC servomotor position control testbed under varying load conditions.
