Abstract
Directing against the comparatively serious problems of slagging and ash deposition in 2times600 MW boilers burning Shenhua coal in Guohua Dingzhou Power Plant, test on pollution behavior of heating surface in boiler no.1 has been carried out. Through model for monitoring pollution on the heating surface, the pollution growing behavior, as well as upper and lower limitation of pollution on each heating surface have been monitored, and the blowing effectiveness of soot-blowers being checked. The test data can provide basis for optimizing the soot-blowing mode and for ensuring safe and economic operation of the boiler.
