Abstract :
In the work, there have been developed the theoretical method based on the FDTD method for the investigation of optical characteristics in nonlinear photonic crystals. Moreover, in the work it have been developed optical power limiters on the basis of 1D and 2D nonlinear photonic crystals and their characteristics studied.
