Abstract :
This paper proposes an improved interpolated FFT algorithm, in which new windows having small derivatives at their zeros in a low frequency band are designed so that large attenuations on the interference errors caused by the adjacent harmonics can be obtained by using these windows. Hence, power harmonics measurement of high performance, i.e., of high speed and high accuracy, can be realized
