Abstract :
The LaserCADIII is software that has been developed for high speed simulation of base characteristics of bulk and quantum-well semiconductor lasers. The algorithm of the software is based on modern theory of semiconductor laser including rate equation, band structure theory, gain theory and semiconductor alloy engineering. LaserCADIII can be applied both for scientific simulation and education aims.
