  • Abstract
    The ultraprecision machining at present is a key technique for the manufacture of components used for the systems in a variety of advanced science and technology application. Ultraprecision turning machine is a necessary condition of realizing ultraprecision machining. In process measuring system is the most important part of the machine. In this paper, some main problems on the system are studied, which provides a basis for the development of ultraprecision turning machine
