  • Abstract
    By monitoring the cavity pressure curve of the products, the optimization of forming process parameters was achieved. The use of cavity pressure curve could accurately and quickly obtain the optimum process parameters, the way that we obtain the optimum process parameters was changed from experience to scientific basis. When production in different injection molding machines, it could save a lot of debugging time to set process parameters if the curve was regards as the standard cavity pressure curve.
