Abstract :
An improved fog fuzzy image restoration method is proposed. The threshold value range is determined by the image histogram. Image threshold segmentation can separate the target threshold from the sky threshold. Then, image is expanded with the increase canvas method and processed by the histogram specification algorithm based on the mobile template. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective, and can restore image that is blurred by the fog.
