Abstract
This paper reviews the mixed-mode V-I parameter analysis techniques for fully differential circuits, that solves the both differential and common mode gains and mode conversions between these two. Several example circuits are presented, including differential or partly differential 2-, 3-, and 4-ports. The main interest of this study is to obtain tools for analyzing the conversion from common-mode to differential signals, which is harmful for many characteristics of analog circuits.
