Abstract :
Improved tracking of a maneuvering target can be achieved using an image-enhanced algorithm. This paper applies two such algorithms to a subset of the benchmark trajectories. It is shown that image enhancement permits the tracking specifications to be met with a significant reduction in the required number of radar dwells.
