  • Abstract
    Housing has its distinctive life cycle from design and construction to natural utilization, to ageing and being worn and to clearance. Maintaining and renovating with scientific evaluation principles and decision making technique must be carried out to housing in order to guarantee its normal function of use during its life span and make its life span longer reasonably. The paper studies the concept of the best maintenance cycle (hereinafter designated as Tm) of housing according to its character of maintainability, and establishs the Tm of housing at state of repair and renewal that by way of important direction and gist of quantitative decision-making of housing maintainability.
