Abstract :
In allusion to the problems of high wasted energy and heavy pollution in the traditional pulping and paper-making equipment, a new type of clean production equipment "bagasse bulping soak boiler" of 75 m3 at a paper-making factory in Yunnan province was researched in this paper, and the theoretical calculation results of the thermal equilibrium were respectively worked out for the traditional thermal insulating layer failure and a new type of thermal insulating layer. The results showed that, the coal consumption of 110, 600 yuans could be saved in one year by using a new type of thermal insulating layer in the bagasse pulping soak boiler, fly ash and SO2 emission load in this new equipment could be respectively reduced 0.19t and 0.14t in one year at a conservative estimation. Therefore, this new equipment could make great progress in energy saving and emission reduction.
