Abstract
In the universe, the outliers always be included in the devices used for measuring on satellite, which affect the orthogonal property of Filter innovation sequence, filtering accuracy and make estimation inaccurate. In this paper, based on residual orthogonal UKF fault tolerant filtering method is used for autonomous determination of relative orbit for satellite formation flying, the outliers eliminating and instant modifying are implemented, which ensure the filter obtains stronger robustness, better stability(3.352 min, 3.348 min)and accuracy (0.06% and 0.02%). Simulation results show that this method is simple and effective, moreover have much value of theory and project.
