Abstract :
Based on the equation of deformation force with parameters of sheet metal parts forming on incremental with vibration, 08A1 was assumed the material of the sheet metal, the values of deformation forces varied with each parameters´ change were calculated separately by used MATLAB software. Results show that the minimal deformation force is obtained in the case of vibrational frequency f=20 Hz, amplitude a = 0.2 mm, the radius of the forming tools R =5 mm and the drop of the forming tool every lap h = 0.2 mm while the process of the deformation of sheet metal parts forming on incremental with vibration; the feed rate of the forming tools raised from 1mm/s to 10mm/s, the value of deformation force increased from 345.5 N to 369.1 N, the growth of the values of deformation force is 6.4%, so that feed rate of the forming tools could be increased properly on the condition that the dimensional accuracy and the surface quality of parts wouldn´t be lost, the machining efficiency could be improved, the consumption of energy could be reduced
