Abstract :
Designed for measuring the level of liquid, this system based on charge-coupled device (CCD), in combination with laser triangulation method and graphic program language of labview, accomplished signal acquisition and processing. By making experiment with this system and analyzing experiment data, the system has achieved the accurate experiment result. In this paper, it introduced the philosophy of measurement of laser triangulation and structure of system, tested the property of measurement system and analyzed the causes of errors.
