Abstract
The method quantitative spectrum analysis of alloys based on measurement of dependence of the common energy of a spectrum of an alloy on energy of spectra of components of an alloy is developed and researched. The method of construction calibration curves is developed; measurements of concentration of gold in standard alloys of gold, silver and copper are lead. Relative errors depending on concentration of impurity have made. The given method is applicable in case of low-energy signals.
