Abstract :
There is a possible of nonoperation for internal faults of second harmonic restraint differential protection of transformers of power systems. Based on Fourier analysis, a new scheme of second harmonic restraint canceled by change of the negative sequence power is proposed in this paper. It can improve the protection functions
