Abstract :
The author presents the basic concepts and objectives of the Soldier C3 (command, control and communications) Program. Soldier C3 is an umbrella program which includes various efforts relating to the electronics and C3 capabilities of the individual soldier. It is composed of the Soldier´s Computer and Soldier´s Radio Programs, as well as a host of related concepts still under development. Some applications of Soldier C3 are discussed
