MNC-8400w press brake numerical control system is designed by the master-slave pattern multiCPU structure. The master processor adopts V 40 STD bus industrial controller. The slave processor adopts 8098 single chip processor. This paper describes the design idea and construction of hardware and software through the slave processor,and discusses the communication interface circuit, quadruple circuit, table control output circuit, D/A converter circuit and some software
