Abstract :
Powertrain is a key component of the parallel electrical hybrid vehicle for which can control energy flow of the system. According to the basic configuration of parallel electrical hybrid powertrain, the control strategy based on limiting work range of engine is discussed in the paper. As a load adjusting device, the motor uptake power and maintain battery working on the range of high efficiency when the system need light torque, otherwise output power to driving system. By using simulation software, the models of engine, clutch, battery, motor, driving system and whole vehicle are established.
