Abstract :
To meet the requirements of high-speed, high-precision servo flying-saw development, this article highlighted a new curve motion in the chasing segment of Flying Saw-the “S”-shape curve motion. Under the control of computer, the flying-saw accelerates with “S”-shape curve and the overshoot is reduced while the system is responding, thus ensuring that large vibration will not be caused during the transition from chasing movement to synchronous movement and improving the length accuracy of welded pipe.
