  • Abstract
    This paper presents four terminal floating nullor (FTFN) based current-mode 4th-order low-pass filter realization which have a high falling slope around the cut-off frequency where it is suitable to be used for the video band applications. Overall 4th order filter is consisted of a cascaded 2nd order notch and low-pass filters. All the transfer functions and the numeric values for the passive components are given. There are also SPICE simulation results for the proposed filter realization. To implement the FTFNs which are used in the filters, a recently presented CMOS implementation of the high performance FTFN is implemented. All the simulation results are given in comparison with the ideal behaviours.
