Abstract :
In this paper, a differential input four quadrant CMOS analog multiplier/divider circuit base on the square-law model of the MOS transistor operating in the saturation region is presented. A negative feedback path and a common-mode feedback (CMFB) circuit are used to realize the division operation. Spectre simulation results from a chip design submitted for fabrication using 3.3V, 0.18μm CMOS process show that a bandwidth of 19MHz is achievable.
