Abstract :
In this paper a novel current-mode squarer/divider circuit is proposed. This circuit decreases the output current function errors of the squarer/divider circuit especially employing short-channel MOS transistors and the output current characteristic of the proposed circuit shows approximately ideal function. It´s suitable for standard CMOS fabrication and analog systems. The proposed circuit which has been simulated with SPICE simulator in TSMC 0.35 m CMOS technology.
