Abstract
This paper describes an advanced process for more accurately and confidently making decisions by integrating the following project objective/team fit/solution development decision questions: (1) what market potential will provide the most beneficial return on resource investment?; (2) what is the most probable decision strategy that a team will use to collect, analyze and make strategic and tactical decisions? (3) what is the best balance of decision action and strategic action to be pursued by the project team?; and (4) what are the “rules of engagement” that are required to assure that the team follows that decision-making direction and accurately links technology use to market success
