Abstract :
The technology of Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) is widely used in machinery manufacturing industry, but chooses the technological parameters is so difficult that it can influence the quality of processing and productivity. As a new type of neural network modeling tools, neural network is a neuron by a number of large-scale cross-link the composition of parallel distributed information processing system with self-organizing, self-learning and good fault tolerance system complexity can be used to simulate realistic input and output relations, has a strong nonlinear modeling capability. In this paper, modeling of traditional method is adopted to solve the problem at first, and then combining the characteristics of artificial neural network using WEDM process simulation model.
