Abstract :
The nonlinear PID optimization control scheme is proposed in this paper based on the fact that coke oven gas collector pressure control is multi-variable nonlinear system. This study developed nonlinear intelligent regulator with variable bias dead zone and feed-forward functions use of a variety of advanced control strategies. Then taken DCS to realize optimal control based on the traditional feedback control. Engineering applications show that the system design is universality and effectiveness.
