Abstract :
The wear problems are the serious problems that influence the operating performance and life of fuel injection pump. In this paper, the wear mechanism is researched by wear analysis and the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the cam mechanism. According to the wear simulation results of the cam-roller, the location and the value of the max contact stress are gained. And these can use to optimize the structure of cam and roller.
