Abstract
The authors present a personal computer (PC)-based analysis tool to model the multiple access return (MAR) system of NASA´s Second Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSs) Ground Terminal (STGT). The MAR design, operational capabilities, and signal model are summarized. The STGT multiple access beamforming equipment (MABE) PC analysis system and its system objectives, modeling approach, functional operation and modeling, and overall operation are presented in detail. Example PC analysis results are presented
