Abstract
Nowadays, construction of power line protection circuits for over-voltage and over-current are built with varistor and gas-discharge tubes around a fuse, which has a disconnection time of 200ms. The intelligent system proposed in this paper offering a real-time monitoring of the energy consumer is a faster way of disconnecting the load and has an important facility: it does not require human intervention for load reconnection.
