Abstract
In order to enhance the management level of hotel industries, a simple and effective hotel call accounting system is designed. Based on the analysis of the development background of hotel call accounting system, the object of the cost system is presented. According to several important principles, such as availability, reliability, advanced and realtime, the total structure of call accounting system is designed. The system can be divided into foreground communication part and background accounting part by the operation environment. The functions and their relationship of the system modules are described, and the process of accounting data settlement is designed and implemented. To improve the system security, detailed planning is established. The system can collect the accounting data of the telephone call intensively within the hotels, restaurants and so on, and it can account and settle billing automatically, accurately, efficiently and reliably. The system can increase the service quality and enterprise benefit.
