Abstract :
Based upon analyzing the oil film thickness and pressure of chamber under the slipper in the axial piston pump, variation laws of the film thickness with angle of swash, revolution speed, pressure of chamber under the slipper and pressing force were obtained. It was found that in the range of general working conditions, rotational speed and swashplate angle of piston pump will not exceed bearing capacity of oil film, but it will have influence on hydrostatic bearing of slipper if exceed certain range, especially rapid change of inertia force because of increasing rotate speed.
