Abstract :
Summary form only given. This article presents a network of performance indicators prepared for IPT-Institute de Pesquisas Tecnologicas do Estado de Sao Paulo (the Sao Paulo State Technological Research Institute), the largest research center in Latin America, with around 1,500 employees working in different areas. These indicators reflect the missions of the institute, and should be used in order to guide the Management Agreement between the Executive Board and the Technical Divisions, as well as establish the ranking of the Divisions
