  • Abstract
    The first paper is an invited paper from Intel Corporation on MIMO techniques for high data rate radio communications. The paper presents a 2×2 MIMO 5GHz WLAN transceiver RFIC implemented in 90nm CMOS. Architectural and circuit techniques are described for minimizing crosstalk between the multiple radio chains. The paper also discusses the future MIMO evolutions, including collaborative, directional and 60GHz phased-array communications.
