  • Abstract
    The LXI is looked as the next-generation test bus. The paper used an instrument based on LXI technology to fetch two channel´s data. But it is difficult to use instrument in a LXI test system directly. It developed an application program of the instrument with LabView language. On the one hand it can fetch data of two channels at the same time; on the other hand it can calculate dynamically ten measurements from the sampling data. The result verified the effectiveness of the program. It can be proved that the program is universal for other LXI instruments.
