Abstract :
The paper covers the power quality - light sensitivity relationship from two perspectives, both affecting the human eye and health: first is the voltage perturbation known as flicker phenomenon and the second is related to the light emission of PC monitors and TV screens. These second light sources are referring especially to the content of the PC software and to the TV programs corresponding to the unhealthy light emissions.
