  • Abstract
The Thermally Stimulated Current (TSC) spectra of PVC and spontaneous currents were measured in this paper. The magnitude and the direction of the currents caused by pyroelectricity vary at different polarizing temperature. A transition polarizing temperature appears in the experiment above the temperature, the currents are positive and decrease with the decrease of polarizing temperature; below the temperature, the currents are negative; near the temperature, the currents are very little
