Abstract :
Reliability testing device of relay is the key to distinguish the reliability grade of relay correctly. To overcome the shortcomings of traditional reliability testing device, such as the number of tested relays at one time is small, and the failure information content is small etc, a distributed reliability testing system of relay based on Ethernet is presented. The structure of system, the hardware and software design and the key technologies in design are introduced. As the core of software, the design of the communication applications is detailed. As communicating based on Ethernet, the system can send and receive large amounts of real time data flexibly and safely. The system realizes uniform operation and management of the testing devices by the server conveniently, and has already been put into use in a company.
