  • Abstract
    Toward household electric appliance (HEA) enterprises sales order lifecycle is proposed. In order to access to real time sales information at retailers, efficient mobile agent-based sales order tracking (MASOT) system architecture is constructed with RFID technology, based on the sales order lifecycle. In MASOT system, RFID technology is implemented at retailers, which collects accurate data and provides bases for tracking agent. SVM method is used to evaluate the performances of retailers based on achieved data by mobile agent. In order to occupy less tag storage capacity, a virtual data environment based XML format is presented. A sales orders tracking processing algorithm is proposed based on dynamic tracking cycle which is adjusted by retrieved data. Finally, a phototype system is presented.
