Abstract
An application of the Wave Iterative Process (WIP) is presented in the case of the study of the scattering of an electromagnetic plane wave by an arbitrarily placed metallic dipole. The normal incidence case is treated first, the results issued from the use of WIP being compared to those of a classical method. The scattering structure is generalized to an arbitrarily placed metallic dipole.
