Abstract :
In this paper, a new method for fast comparing DNA sequence is presented. The method is called as fast comparable code (FCC). For long DNA sequence, the compare is imported but with very heavy calculate load. This paper studies the way to reduce the compare load and by real computer examination to show the FCC method efficiency.
