Abstract :
The impacts of trade barriers to the degree of free trade in higher education services are quantified accounting to the research of Ajitava Raychaudhuri and Prabir De in 2007. Here, two results are compared and the differences are found. A lot of barriers induced by policy exist except the barriers induced by market. These barriers have more implications to trade in higher education services than the barriers induced by market. Finally US policy in consumption abroad is analyzed and the results of panel regression are explained.
