Abstract :
The authors analyze the effect of the temperature, and the natural conductivity of the liquid on the flow electrification of dielectric liquids. When the temperature is changing, the specific absorption on the wall, as well as the conductivity, vary. It is then possible to express the evolution of the flow electrification in terms of these two parameters. A special device has been perfected in which the liquid flows in a circular loop. The charge convected in pipes of several radii and two materials were measured for flows of liquid heptane at different temperatures.<>
