Abstract :
In this research, a methodology of collaborative technique integration (CTI) is developed to implement the proposed strategy for people working in the maintenance domain. This conceptual model CTI includes system hazard assessment, a knowledge-based expert system, and Web-based collaborative environment. The system enables administrators to share relative maintenance information, thus preventing or mitigating human errors. Such a hybrid approach could serve as a guide for other similar logistic systems to prevent maintenance errors and for different kinds of technology-intensive industry that needs to manage domain-specific knowledge
