Optimal operation of panel furniture reconfigurable manufacturing system based on TCPN and GA

Abstract :
This paper takes panel furniture reconfigurable manufacturing system as the research object, builds the TCPN model of the system, generates the chromosome coding by means of the transition triggered sequence of TCPN model, and simplifies the initial population and crossover operation, mutation operation. The method combining the strongpoint of Genet Algorithm and Timed-Colored Petri Net can accomplish hybrid flow shop scheduling easily. The results of simulation experiments show the validity of the method.
