Abstract :
Summary form only given as follows. In the literature on technological innovation, we have understood many parts of the dynamics of technological change and its impact upon industrial change. In this paper, we show how change in the different components together provides a model for understanding the overall dynamics of industrial and economic change under technological innovation. This model is particularly useful to begin to study the industrial impact of new technologies of electronic commerce upon global industrial structure
