Research on natural resource issues in SEEA

In this paper, it has been studied which natural resource issues in SEEA based on the existing results. Through the comparative analysis of different methods of valuation of natural resources, which is an important question in research on natural resource, this paper discusses three measuring methods of resource rent such as the appropriation method, resource rents derived from PIM calculation and resource rent derived from capital service flow calculations. The discussion of resource rent leads to the question of “whether GDP contains the resource rent”. At last, this paper has solved the related question of theoretical calculation from two aspects of theory and empirical proof by the existence of resource rent approach.
